In order to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have established the following house rules. We kindly ask you to read them carefully and to abide by them throughout your stay.
• Non-smoking rooms: All rooms at the Lodge are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside your room, as well as in all common areas of the establishment, including hallways, bathrooms, and shared spaces. Please use the designated smoking areas outside the premises.
• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, please inform the reception in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
• Check-in Procedure: Upon arrival, you will be required to present a valid identification document and the credit card used for the reservation. Payment for the stay will be settled upon arrival.
• Respect for other guests: Quietness and respect for others are essential at the Lodge. Please maintain a low noise level, especially between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed in rooms or common areas.
• Use of facilities: Lodge facilities must be used with care and respect for other guests. Any intentional damage to the property will be charged to the responsible guest.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM in the dining area. Please inform the reception in advance in case of food allergies or special dietary requirements.
• Early departure: In the event of an early departure before the scheduled date, no refunds will be provided.
• Keys and Security: You are responsible for your room keys. In case of loss, replacement fees will apply. Do not leave valuables in your room; please use the safes provided in each room. The Lodge is not liable for any losses or thefts.
• Non-compliance with rules: Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
